At Preloved Archive, all orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Delivery

We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery - tracked, insured, and signed for - shipping on all UK orders.

Estimated UK delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping to all 27 member states of the European Union, the United States of America, and Canada.

International shipping rates and applicable carriers (e.g. DHL) are shown and calculated at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout where available.

For other destinations that are not specified, please contact us at info@prelovedarchive.com. We may be able to provide a bespoke shipping quote.

Please make sure that you are at home to receive and sign for your delivery. Both Royal Mail and DHL will not be able to leave your parcel in a safe place due to the value. All parcels will need an adult signature.

Please note, we take extensive photos and videos of our bags during the packaging and shipping stages to protect ourselves from fraud.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. This means import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other local charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival, as determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

The customer is responsible for checking any customs, import or tax requirements that may apply before placing an order.

If an international order is refused, returned to us, delayed, abandoned or made undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, unpaid import taxes, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect delivery information or failure to provide information required by customs or the delivery provider, any reasonable costs incurred by Preloved Archive will be deducted from your refund, where legally permitted. This includes original shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier fees, customs charges, handling fees or other charges applied by the delivery provider or customs authorities.
