Every piece that enters Preloved Archive goes through a rigorous three-phase authentication process before being approved for sale.

We source through carefully selected, established suppliers within the global pre-owned luxury market. Our suppliers are members of worldwide anti-counterfeiting associations and operate within professional authentication and anti-counterfeit networks.
This provides the first layer of assurance before a bag even arrives at Preloved Archive HQ.
02. In-house inspection
Once a piece arrives with us, it undergoes a thorough in-house inspection.
We carefully examine each bag for any irregularities, inconsistencies or details that require further investigation. Nothing is simply received and listed; every piece is individually assessed before moving forward in our authentication process.
03. Independent third-party authentication
As our final layer of verification, every bag is authenticated by LegitGrails, a leading independent third-party authentication service.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a digital authenticity certificate from LegitGrails, providing additional reassurance and documentation for your purchase.
